Our shawerma preparation starts over 24 hours before being put on the grill by specially choosing the meat with care and then have it marinated in our specialty sauces to the next day until all of the meat is saturated. It's then ready to be placed onto the skewer and then onto the vertical oven. 

Shawerma is either served on our specialty smoked rice, on top of your chosen salad, in your choice of bowl, or wrapped in a pita bread or tortilla. On all of those choices you can add garlic sauce (and many others!) for an additional genuine taste.
